Building 5 Park
These benches offer a calm atmosphere in a usually bustling area of downtown. As long as you go before NWSA lunch begins, it is usually an empty and tranquil place. The scenery is a nice escape from the industrial, concrete scene of downtown. While it doesn’t offer too much nature, the shade provided by the trees and bird sounds are a pleasant change of pace. Any of the benches in this park are an enjoyable rest-stop to take in some fresh air and sit back, as well as do some homework in the park’s calming and soothing environment.

Building 1 Benches
While there are many benches to sit at in Building One, the best ones are closest to the sidewalk facing the Berlin Wall tucked away under the structure’s shade. It is the ideal place to relax and watch life unfold downtown. The noise of passing cars accompanied by people walking down the street is somewhat comforting. It is a spot where one can both exist and watch as others exist. It is also a nice place to read or hang out with friends.

The benches in the corner of the hotel lobby/cafe and closest to the bathroom are very comfortable and come with a big table – perfect for group work.
